After studying engineering, I looked for an opportunity that would challenge me to grow both personally and professionally. I enjoy tackling complex problems, learning from different industries, and exploring how new technologies can drive change.

Over time, I’ve learned that lasting success comes from working with exceptional people — those who challenge you to grow and create environments where feedback and collaboration help everyone get better. At Kayyak and through the founders we support, I’ve found exactly that. I also believe that the best flywheel for sustainable growth is talent: it attracts more talent, builds strong cultures, and sets the foundation for long-term progress.

Entrepreneurship is hard. Venture capital is hard — especially in Latam. But that’s exactly what makes this work fun and meaningful. I want to be part of the long-term effort: building relationships early, tracking progress, and knowing when and how to engage. I love understanding what drives people — on a personal level — and helping bold founders turn their ideas into enduring businesses.
