After graduating with a degree in Business and Finance, I joined Kayyak driven by curiosity and a strong desire to learn. During university, I worked as a teaching assistant for entrepreneurship courses focused on sustainability, which allowed me to engage closely with purpose-driven ideas. That experience made it clear that I wanted to contribute from a place where impact is at the core of decision-making.

That’s why being at Kayyak makes so much sense to me — I believe venture capital has the potential to drive real, positive change in Latin America. Today, I work as a Financial & Operations Analyst, a role that allows me to be involved in the inner workings of the firm, from financial tracking to process improvement. I enjoy understanding how we operate, proposing ideas, and ensuring that every part of our work is intentional and well-executed.

Beyond the technical side, I’m motivated by being in an environment where initiative, teamwork, and a desire to contribute are genuinely valued. At Kayyak, I’ve found space to grow, make mistakes, learn, and be part of a community that believes in the power of people to drive lasting change. I’m excited to contribute — through my role — to helping more founders turn bold ideas into meaningful ventures, and to be part of a team that sees talent as the engine of long-term progress.
